Refund / Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Karate Walk! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines our policies for different types of products and services we offer. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Subscription Services

1.1 Free Trial Period

If we offer a free trial period for our premium subscription, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the subscription.

1.2 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@karatewalk.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

1.3 Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
  • You contact us within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not accessed premium content

Refund requests must be submitted to info@karatewalk.com with your account information and reason for the request. We will review each request and respond within 5-7 business days.

1.4 Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.


2. Digital Products (MP3s, Music Downloads, Digital Content)

2.1 No Refunds on Digital Downloads

All sales of digital products, including but not limited to MP3 music downloads, digital workout guides, and other downloadable content, are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a download link has been accessed or a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

2.2 Exceptions for Digital Products

We may offer refunds for digital products only in the following limited circumstances:

  • The file is corrupted or defective and cannot be downloaded or used
  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error
  • You did not receive the download link and we cannot provide access after troubleshooting

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at info@karatewalk.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund if appropriate.

2.3 Preview Before Purchase

Where available, we encourage you to listen to previews or review product descriptions before purchasing digital content. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information and agree to our no-refund policy for digital goods.


3. Physical Merchandise (Drop-Shipped Products)

3.1 Return Eligibility

You may return physical merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item has all original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • The item is not a final sale, clearance, or custom/personalized item

3.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@karatewalk.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • A description of the issue

We will provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

3.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@karatewalk.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2-3 business days

3. Ship the item back using the method we specify

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange

3.4 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

3.5 Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

3.6 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not hold items for exchange.

3.7 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized merchandise
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Gift cards

4. Shipping Issues

4.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are reported as lost or stolen. If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation
  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • Contact us at info@karatewalk.com for assistance

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.

4.2 Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. Address changes may be possible if requested within 24 hours of order placement and before the item has shipped.


5. Cancellations

5.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel a physical merchandise order within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@karatewalk.com with your order number. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following our return policy.

5.2 Digital Product Cancellation

Digital product purchases cannot be cancelled once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.


6. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer refunds in the form of store credit, gift cards, or cash unless required by law. If your original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.


7. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes. Refunds will not include original shipping charges or any customs fees paid. Please be aware that international returns may take longer to process.


8. Promotional Offers And Discounts

If you used a promotional code or discount on your purchase, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount was applied. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


9. Right To Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements, including but not limited to items returned after 30 days, items without proof of purchase, items that are damaged or used, or items missing tags and packaging. We also reserve the right to refuse service to customers who abuse our return policy.


10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
