If we offer a free trial period for our premium subscription, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@karatewalk.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to MP3 music downloads, digital workout guides, and other downloadable content, are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a download link has been accessed or a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not hold items for exchange.

You may cancel a physical merchandise order within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped. Digital product purchases cannot be cancelled once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer refunds in the form of store credit, gift cards, or cash unless required by law. If your original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes. Refunds will not include original shipping charges or any customs fees paid. Please be aware that international returns may take longer to process.
If you used a promotional code or discount on your purchase, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount was applied. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements, including but not limited to items returned after 30 days, items without proof of purchase, items that are damaged or used, or items missing tags and packaging.
